This blog will attempt to catalogue some of the best cheeses we (Stephanie, mostly) has discovered while in Brussels. Many cheeses have passed through her lips over the past year and a half without being properly noted so data for this blog will have to be collected going forward. Stephanie is very excited about conducting the research.
